Figgi Magazine is published by MARINA ABRAMOVA PR IZDAVANJE CASOPISA I PERIODICNIH IZDANJA MARIKA ART SHOW BEOGRAD, Koste Glavinica 10A, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (registration number MB 66848167, tax ID PIB 113470552) — "Figgi Magazine", "we", "us". WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY
Newsletter. When you subscribe on our website, we collect your e-mail address to send you news about new issues, open calls and offers. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any e-mail or by writing to us.
Submissions. When you submit work by e-mail or through the Kavyar or Artells Media platforms, we receive the content of your submission and the information you choose to include: your name, e-mail address, social media handles, and the names, roles and handles of your team and models as provided in the credits. Legal basis: performance of a contract (processing and, if approved, publishing your submission) and our legitimate interest in maintaining an editorial archive.
Correspondence. When you contact us by e-mail or social media, we process the information you send us in order to reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not create user accounts, do not collect passwords, and do not process payments on this website. Print and digital copies are sold by third-party platforms (MagCloud and others) under their own terms and privacy policies. Paid submission services are processed through Kavyar or arranged by e-mail; when payment is taken by a platform, that platform is an independent controller of your payment data — we never receive your card details.
PUBLICATION OF CREDITS
If your submission is approved, we publish the photographs together with the credits you provided (names, roles, social media handles) in the magazine, on this website and on our social media channels. By submitting, you confirm that every person named in the credits has agreed to this publication. You or any credited person may ask us to remove or correct credits at any time (see Your Rights below).
MINORS
Our services are addressed to adults. Submissions featuring models under 18 are accepted only from adults and only with the written consent of the child's parent or legal guardian (see our Teen & Kids Policy). We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
We share personal data only with: our service providers that host this website and store form submissions (Tilda Publishing); e-mail providers used to answer you and send the newsletter; the submission platforms (Kavyar, Artells Media) and print-on-demand platforms (MagCloud) where you interact with them; and public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal data.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our providers may store data outside Serbia and outside the EU/EEA. Where such transfers occur, we rely on the safeguards provided by the applicable data protection law of Serbia and, where relevant, GDPR mechanisms such as the standard contractual clauses used by our providers.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal). Write to editor@figgimagazine.com; we reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Serbian data protection authority — the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik), Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs. If GDPR applies to you, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
RETENTION
Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe. Submissions and correspondence — for as long as needed for the editorial archive of published issues, or until you request deletion of unpublished material. Declined submissions — deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Accounting records — as required by Serbian law.
SECURITY
We use reputable providers, HTTPS encryption and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures appropriate to the risk.
COOKIES
This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies (Tilda Publishing) are required for the website to function and are always active. We use Yandex Metrica (analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate location and device type. By clicking OK in the cookie banner you consent to analytics cookies; you can withdraw consent at any time by deleting cookies in your browser, after which the banner will be shown again. We do not use advertising cookies. Third-party platforms linked from this site (Kavyar, MagCloud, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) set their own cookies on their own websites under their own policies.
CONSUMER COMPLAINTS (REKLAMACIJA)
If you are a consumer, you may file a complaint about a paid service by e-mail to editor@figgimagazine.com (subject "Reklamacija") or by post to the address above, including your contact details, the service, the date and platform of purchase, proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We confirm receipt without delay and respond substantively within 8 days; if the complaint is accepted, we resolve it in agreement with you (re-performance, price reduction or refund) within 15 days of our response. This procedure does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts described in the Refund Policy.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
