REFUND POLICY — FIGGI MAGAZINE

1. Guaranteed placements (Cover + Digital Copy, VIP)

These services are conditional on approval of your application. If your application is declined, you receive a full refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If your application is approved and the work is scheduled for publication, the service is considered rendered and is non-refundable.


2. Priority Review, Webitorial, Article/Interview, social media placements

These services are considered rendered once the review or placement has been performed. Before the service has been performed you may cancel and receive a full refund by writing to editor@figgimagazine.com.


3. Print and digital copies of the magazine

Print copies are sold and fulfilled by MagCloud. Returns, misprints and shipping issues for print orders are handled under MagCloud's return policy: https://www.magcloud.com/help. Please contact MagCloud support first; if you need help, email us and we will assist.


4. How to request a refund

Email editor@figgimagazine.com with the subject "REFUND", your order details (platform, date, service) and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Refunds are issued through the platform where the payment was made (Kavyar, Artells Media, etc.), which may affect processing time.


5. EU/UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for services purchased at a distance, except where the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.
