Last updated: July 18, 2026. These terms apply to everyone who submits work to Figgi Magazine (operated by MARIKA ART SHOW BEOGRAD, Belgrade, Serbia).
PART 1 — SUBMISSION TERMS & PUBLICATION LICENCE
- Who can submit. You must be 18 or older to submit work.
- What you confirm. By submitting photographs or artwork you confirm that: you are the author and copyright owner of the work, or you have the copyright owner's written permission to submit and license it; every model shown has signed a model release (or, for models under 18, a parent or legal guardian has signed — see Part 2), covering publication in print, digital, on our website and social media; every person named in the credits has agreed to be credited and to the publication of their name and social media handle; and the work does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any law. You will provide copies of releases on our request. You are responsible for claims arising from a breach of these confirmations and agree to indemnify Figgi Magazine against documented third-party claims caused by such a breach.
- Licence you grant us. For approved and published work you grant Figgi Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to: publish the work in the relevant issue (print and digital); display it on figgimagazine.com; post it on our social media accounts with credits; and use it in reasonable promotion of the magazine and of the issue in which it appears. The licence includes technical editing (cropping, resizing, colour correction) but not distortion of the work. You keep full copyright and may publish the work anywhere else. The licence for the published archive is perpetual; promotional use beyond the archive ends if you revoke it (see Takedown).
- Editorial decisions. All submissions — free and paid — go through editorial review. Paid services guarantee the specific deliverable only after your application has been approved (see the service descriptions in the Media Kit and the Refund Policy). We decide the issue, layout and timing of publication; target timing is the next scheduled issue for the relevant category unless we tell you otherwise.
- Takedown. You, a credited team member, or a model (or their guardian) may request removal of published work from figgimagazine.com and our social media at any time by writing to editor@figgimagazine.com; we act on such requests within 10 business days. Copies already printed or sold cannot be recalled.
- Copyright complaints. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, e-mail editor@figgimagazine.com with the URL, a description of the work, proof of your rights and your contact details. We review such notices within 10 business days and remove or restrict content where the claim is substantiated.
PART 2 — TEEN & KIDS POLICY
Submissions featuring models under 18 are accepted only from an adult (photographer, parent or agency representative). A written consent of the parent or legal guardian is required for every minor model before publication; we may request the signed form at any time, and without it the work will not be published or will be removed. Consent covers publication in Figgi Magazine (print and digital), on figgimagazine.com and on our social media, together with the credits provided. We publish only the credits supplied by the submitter; parents or guardians may ask us to limit credits (for example, first name only, no handles, no city) or to remove the publication at any time. We never accept sexualized, suggestive or exploitative imagery of minors; such submissions are rejected and, where appropriate, reported. The Teen & Kids category is entirely separate from the Nude & Swimwear category, which is open to adult models only.
Guardian consent form. A parent or legal guardian confirms: their name; that they are the parent or legal guardian of the child (name and date of birth); consent to the publication of photographs featuring the child, submitted by the named submitter, in Figgi Magazine (print and digital), on figgimagazine.com and on Figgi Magazine's social media, with the specified credits; awareness that consent for the website and social media may be withdrawn at any time by writing to editor@figgimagazine.com, and that printed copies already distributed cannot be recalled; signature, date and contact e-mail. To request the form, write to editor@figgimagazine.com.
PART 3 — NUDE & SWIMWEAR POLICY (18+)
All models featured in nude, implied-nude or lingerie imagery are 18 years of age or older at the time of the shoot. The submitter must hold a model release confirming the model's identity, age and consent to publication, and must provide it on our request. Consent must cover each channel where the work appears: print, digital edition and figgimagazine.com. Nude imagery is not posted to our social media accounts; social platforms' own content rules apply. The category covers artistic nude, implied nude, lingerie and swimwear photography; we do not publish explicit sexual content. Models may request removal from the website at any time (see Takedown). We do not publish or store models' identity documents publicly; age-verification documents are requested only when needed and handled under the Privacy Policy.
PART 4 — AI CONTENT POLICY
Figgi Magazine accepts AI-generated and AI-assisted work in the Fantasy & AI category, and generative retouching in other categories where disclosed. Disclosure is mandatory at submission. We credit AI work with one of the labels: AI-generated, AI-assisted, Photography with generative editing, or Traditional digital art. Works depicting real, identifiable people require that person's consent; deepfakes and celebrity likenesses without consent are not accepted, and recognisable imitation of a living artist's signature style presented as that artist's work is not accepted. The submitter is responsible for ensuring that their use of AI tools, reference materials and prompts does not infringe third-party rights, and for complying with the licence terms of the AI tools used. Copyright status of fully AI-generated works varies across jurisdictions; by submitting, you confirm you hold sufficient rights to grant the licence in Part 1. AI-generated entries are not eligible for photography-only awards or categories unless the rules of the specific award state otherwise.
